Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on orders in Continental US. (Hawaii and Alaska not included).

Orders that qualify for this free shipping offer can only be delivered to locations in the continental United States. Sorry, delivery rates and timeframes (as noted below) do not apply to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. These shipments can take up to 5 additional business days.

Shipping cost may vary depend on carrier and size of the box/weight.

Customer is responsible for all duties and fees associated with the purchase.

*Please note NO returns or exchanges for international shipping. International orders are all FINAL SALE.

Returns/Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Merchandise may be returned as long as we receive it within 30 days of purchase and you have the following:

1. Merchandise should have original packaging with all tags.

2. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return.

  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. 
  • There will be a $5 restocking fee on all returns.

3. Park and Faith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier.

Park and Faith monitors account activity reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

Exchanges

Sorry, no exchanges at this time. You can follow the return process and place a new order on the item you would like to purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. First, send us an email at hello@parkandfaith.com and we will provide you with an address for the return.

Warranty

Our bags come with limited 150 day warranty and it will covers any hardwares or defects on items purchased through our website.

Please note our warranty doesn't cover wear and tear, accidental spills, scratches, peeling off due to normal and proper use of product.
